Understanding Subscription Rates:

• •Oversubscription: A subscription rate above 1.0 indicates the school is oversubscribed, meaning it receives more applications than available places. The higher the number, the more competitive admission becomes.
• •Fully subscribed: A subscription rate of exactly 1.0 indicates the school is fully subscribed, meaning it receives applications equal to the number of available places. Every place can be filled without turning away applicants.
• •Undersubscribed: A subscription rate below 1.0 indicates the school is undersubscribed, meaning it receives fewer applications than available places. The school has unfilled spaces and all applicants can typically be offered a place. Note that these schools may still fill places through late applications and in-year admissions (see below).
