Schools in Abingdon

Medieval abbey ruins and a 17th-century county hall frame the market square at the core of Abingdon-on-Thames, a historic market town of around 33,000 on the River Thames in Oxfordshire. Abingdon Abbey, founded around 676 AD, shaped the town's medieval character, while the MG car factory, active from 1929 to 1980, defined a later industrial chapter.
