It also found action to remove or minimise premises hazards and better staff deployment. This is specific progress on the safety failures, not a new inspection judgement across education and inclusion. Parents therefore have two distinct official messages to weigh: the urgent welfare position at the April visit and the subsequent finding that the required welfare actions were complete.
