The account is strongest where these systems connect: a well-established key person notices progress closely, communicates with parents and helps bring in outside expertise when required.

Safeguarding was effective at the inspection. Staff understood their responsibilities and procedures, and the report found that training, recruitment and supervision supported staff suitability. That is an important assurance, but it remains tied to February 2022 rather than a fresh assessment of today's team.
