Parents praised the caring staff and behaviour support, and a family app carried updates about children's progress.

Safeguarding arrangements were effective at the October 2023 inspection. Staff understood child-protection procedures, suitability checks were in place and risk assessments supported safety. Children with SEND received behaviour strategies and picture cards, alongside information-sharing with parents and professionals. That joined-up approach matters because it connects strategies used in the nursery with support beyond it.
