Children learned independence by managing outdoor clothing and finding their named pegs. Sand timers gave them a concrete way to practise sharing and turn-taking. Following behaviour-management training, staff helped children recognise and regulate emotions. Ofsted found safeguarding effective.

One teaching point remains important. Leaders were asked to organise group activities more carefully for different developmental stages, especially to maximise challenge for the most able children.
