Children were happy and secure, with staff who knew them well and helped them manage feelings. Stories and props encouraged children to speak up. Support for children with SEND was strong, with parents and outside agencies involved so children could progress from their starting points.

Parent communication combined daily conversations with an online platform carrying photographs and written learning updates. Development priorities were to make communication-and-language support more consistent and sharpen work on individual teaching abilities.

The provider record says the nursery closes for bank holidays and Christmas. Attendance patterns and any minimum commitment need establishing before joining.
