Schools in Camberley

A mid-size garrison town of around 37,000 people, Camberley grew from a cluster of streets that sprang up south of the Royal Military College at Sandhurst, which opened in 1812, and east of the Staff College established in 1862. It took its current name in 1877.

Frimley is among the most sought-after pockets for primary school catchments in Surrey Heath, while Heatherside has long been a school-competitive corner of the borough. Old Dean and Frogmore extend the residential hinterland northward. Camberley station, on the Ascot to Aldershot line, connects to London Waterloo via Ascot in around fifty-five minutes.
