Schools in Leighton Buzzard

Granted a market charter in 1227, Leighton Buzzard has served as the commercial centre of southwest Bedfordshire for eight centuries, its All Saints church and sand-quarrying tradition defining a compact town that extends on either side of the River Ouzel to meet its historically separate neighbour Linslade. Around 37,000 people live across the Leighton-Linslade parish today.

Linslade is among the most sought-after pockets for primary catchments, while Ivinghoe, set against the Chiltern Hills to the south, draws families seeking village settings close to the town's school network. West Coast Main Line trains from Leighton Buzzard station reach London Euston in around forty minutes, making the town a well-connected base for commuting families.
