The provision's character is unusually visible in the details. Staff identify specific needs and interests early, work with parents on adaptations and draw on external expertise for more precise support. The aim is practical inclusion: children access the same curriculum and participate across school life.
Safeguarding is embedded in everyday practice. Staff know children and families well, receive regular training and understand how to record and report concerns. Daily checks cover the environment and equipment. Children also learn to recognise feelings through the Colour Monster and are encouraged to take safe, managed risks, giving them language and confidence to seek help.
