Staff worked well with parents and other professionals, while leaders used supervision, observation and professional development to monitor practice. Care routines also carried learning. Handwashing included an explanation of why cleanliness matters, while dancing built movement into the day. The inspection found that staff held high expectations for all children, including those with SEND, and were inclusive in their practice.
