Leaders used supervision, mentoring and coaching to sustain teaching quality, while staff reported high morale and a strong team culture. Staff also gave children time to solve problems instead of supplying answers immediately. That combination of careful observation and restraint helped children become confident thinkers as well as capable participants in daily routines.
