The inspection also found that staff needed to create more consistently engaging opportunities, so sustained attention was not equally strong throughout the day and improvement had a clear practical focus.

Key-person relationships appeared secure in February 2023. Children's readiness to choose activities and seek a familiar adult indicated that the setting's routines and relationships put them at ease. Parents valued the care, regular discussions about progress and ideas for continuing learning at home.

Ofsted recorded that the provider had reviewed and improved risk assessments and daily checks, ensured staff understood safeguarding responsibilities, and remained registered.
