Schools in Tavistock

A compact stannary town of around 13,000 people, Tavistock sits on the River Tavy on the western edge of Dartmoor in West Devon, its recorded history stretching to 961 when Tavistock Abbey was founded, its ruins still anchoring the town centre. The town is also the birthplace of Sir Francis Drake.
